Quite a bit above average I would say, expecially considering his Noble Phantasms.

I don't really get why it all that stupid that Gilgamesh would be able to take out Arcueid.

First of all his stats are pretty damn amasing for a Servant and people shouldn't forget of the fact that his vault is actually very dangerous.
Even if Arcueid would suppousedly be able to break out of the chains I don't think that it would be a stupid thing to say that it would at least be able to hold her down temporarily.
When beings bound by the chain is unable to interact with the world outside of the chain and any attempts of doing anything like that i automatically negated and spells the likes cannot be used when held by the chains.
Gilgamesh perfers to use the chains together with Ea as his main weapons and then just as Arcueid has her Marblephantasms that she can use in order to shape nature according to her mind as long as they follow the laws of what is naturally possible, Gil also have an insane ammount of stuff that shields him from specific various things such as stuff that makes him invulnrable to fire and cold and so on.
The swords that gilgamesh is suppousedly not much slower than mach 13 (which is insanly fast).
Even though Arcueid has tons of magical attacks her non magical attacks won't work on a servant.


I don't really see why it would be a stupid idea that Gilgamesh the king of heroes that gods could not kill would be able to fight Arcueid.
