An immortal is typically disinterested, yeah.
Her only apparent interest is living in her eternal world, that she kept Eientei in for ~1000 years. And killing Mokou. However, after the events of Imperishable Night, she collapsed the Eternity spell, and she apparently was content with just going to see how things went with time flowing.
