Archer was still pretty bad assed in the other routes, and I liked him as an antagonist in UBW. Unlike Gil and Kotomine in Fate, Archer's beef was more personal. Besides, the man had one hell of a Xanitos Gambit that was awesome.

Plus, he was sword spammed by Gil, yet STILL managed to show up the next day to take the bastard out, blow up the grail to free Rin and Shinji, AND save Shirou from Ea.
