Sarcasm aside, we'll see. Maybe you're right and this Endou-chan is the real deal, or maybe she melts away into nothing. If I were you, I would wait until her career blossoms before proclaiming her greatness. I remember thinking Tomoyo Kurosawa was poised to also be a big seiyuu, and she never really live dup to that estimation in my opinion. I like to judge a seiyuu on what they have done, not on what they might do.
At 16 she has less success than Y.Aoi in my opinion seeing as Y.Aoi had already anchored larger series like Yumiero Patissiero, Kurenai, and played a lead character in Onegai My Melody.
But at least you're trying your hardest to find someone who might, MIGHT, be able to have a career halfway as good as Y.Aoi.
