Eva's sin is lust. It means obsessing over an object of desire to the point of becoming irrational in your life decisions. In her case, she's obsessed with obtaining the headship, more for the sake of it than for any practical reason or monetary gain. This lead to her pushing her dreams onto George, who became an incel with poor social skills.

Hideyoshi's sin is gluttony. This is represented by his fat figure and his food company. Gluttony doesn't just mean eating too much, but rather over-indulging on a good thing, way more than necessary, to the point it becomes detrimental to one's well being. Hideyoshi is trying to extort money from the main family because he wanted to expand his business and sold his stock to the wrong people. He already had a successful company, but he wanted more and more success, which ruined everything.

Rudolf's sin is sloth. This is represented by his laid back demeanor and his fight with Belphegor in EP3. He's a guy who would rather do shady stuff, scam people and move outside the law than put honest work and effort into his business. He's a crook. It's the definition of laziness. And this sin is what fucks over his company when his schemes and dirty practices catch up with him. Hell, this is also the reason he did that with the babies, too lazy to man up and deal with two households. He'd rather pull some strings and clean his hands off the whole mess.

Kyrie's sin is envy, obviously. This is made clear in the story, and it's also the reason she fucks over her sister. She was envious of her freedom and decided to steal it away from her.

Rosa's sin is pride. She has anger issues and sleeps around with men, but the root cause of her problems is her pride. She is ashamed of Maria's weirdness and tries to beat the aspergers out of her. She's too prideful to admit Maria needs special treatment, because it would mean she's somehow "defective". So instead of hiring a babysitter, arranging for a special needs teacher or visiting a psychologist, she ignores the problem and beats the shit out of her hoping it will fix her childish behavior. This is why she dies inside every time someone even remotely implies Maria isn't acting like her age. She's too prideful.

Literally no one else is better suited for those sins. All the adults engage in multiple sins, but the root cause of their problems AND their other sins, are these.
