I will be taking a leave of abscence from facebook for an indefinite amount of time, I originally joined as a way to taking steps to defeat my social phobia, initially it worked but after the past year it's started having the opposite effect resulting in a worsening in my depression which is making me over sensitive and over thinking things. On top of this, which is actually making things worse, I no lomger feel I can post things without people trying to find some stupid subtext which I never use, for instance I post jokey comments about my looks and I get people taking the posts too seriously thinking I'm crying out for a relationship, I'm sick of posting innocent comments on Womens posts only to have some bloke trying to make me look stupid to impress the women, I can't stress this enough... I HAVE NEVER ENTERTAINED THE IDEA OF DATING SOMEONE OFF FACEBOOK AND I HAVE NO IMMEDIATE PLANS TO DATE ANYBODY SO THE ATTEMPTS TO MAKE ME LOOK STUPID ACHIEVE NOTHING AS i AM NOT LOOKING TRO START A RELATIONSHIP WITH ANYBODY AND THIS HAS HAPPENED ON DIFFERENT POSTS ON DIFFERENT FRIENDS FACEBOOK PROFILES. I cant post things without people thinking it's about them like my post yesterday, if I post shit like that it's because I'm not going to spend time posting on multple messages etc especially if the people concerned don't even know each other, I'm fed up of being falsely accused because of things I post. These are just some of the reasons why I have decided to do this.
I do feel I have made some good friends on here but because of the above it is having a very negative effect on my depression, my social phobia and what I think of myself and this is never a good thing, so I will not be using facebook for an idefinate amount of time until I get my head sorted out regarding this crap, I have been feeling gradually lower over the past year so I think this would be best as I am fed up trying to hide it (yes I have been holding back as much as possible despite what you think. If anybody wants to unfriend me because you have misunderstood something I have posted and read too much into it then go ahead. I don't know how long I will be away it could be a few days , it could be months, I've even considered leaving FaceBook altogether but that's unlikely.

If anybody needs to get in touch then Pm me, text etc, but as for posting stuff on my wal/memes page etc I won't be doing it qand won't respond, I have not even looked at the 24 notifications from yesterday and probably never will.

those of you who know what it's like to go to bed and hope you don't wake up will understand why I have decided to do this, I have to put my mental health worse.
