Chado Reimu is omnipotent within Gensokyo. That's pretty much all there is to it. She turns up, KOs them both for being idiots and thanks Yukari for the assist.

It's Tohnifun, everything is open to Chado's interpretation and if you read Koumakyou (former and latter) you would see how he's written Reimu as Gensokyo's system of order, but really it's Tohnifun so every character is open to whatever Chado fancies. Some of them are interesting enough I suppose, it's best not to take him too seriously and enjoy the different take on things rather then get caught up in power level crap.

Outside her own story, Reimu basically just does what she does in the games and turns up at the end to make sure people know not to cause any more trouble and force the matter. Otherwise Yuka would still be challenging Yukari and Mokou and Kaguya would probably just threaten Gensokyo again with a soul burning fire that damages the border. Arguing about who should be stronger then who in a Tohnifun doujin is pointless.

Personally I'm taking a step back and looking these doujins differently lately. Lets face it, all Touhou doujins basically amount to fan fiction, each their own interpretations and ideas on how things may work. Chado takes the extreme, he thinks something would be kind of interesting and works with it. Wriggle vs. SDM is a perfect example of this, it's a 'what if' story taken to it's extremes to have his favourite characters written in new situations.

To take this example to the work about Reimu, you are looking at it with a very narrow scope. Sure, in his works Reimu is for all intents and purposes unstoppable. But the story isn't really about FUCK YEAH, REIMU KICKS ALL YO ASSES, though it could be read that way if you want to, it's about Gensokyo being built with Reimu as a force of nature and the pressures that come with it as Remilia tries to solve what is clearly becoming a problem.

Sure, you can argue he isn't a good writer, his action is too DBZ like and gets really sketchy to the point it's hard to even tell what's going on at times, but to hate it just because he's taken Reimu to that level seems rather narrow-minded to the story he's trying to tell.

Admittedly, I find this harder to do with Aya Kiss, that doujin is pure rage material. Not just one character, but two completely turned on their heads for a cheap yuri doujin. FFFFFFFFF-
