Great question. Honestly I think that's part of the reason for new characters like Noel, Nasu will probably have some of them have a bigger role in routes that had less going on originally. Or maybe you only find out about her at all in Ciel's route, like Kuzuki in UBW.
I just hope he makes those new things feel very relevant to the main plot, and not "hey, now we're gonna fuck around with this brand new DAA for one route". I suppose as long as it's tied to the respective heroine and to Roa, anything can work.

Also, if they're keeping Arc as the final boss, I want them to go all out on it. Not as a last minute "fuck you Shiki, why would you put it in her butt instead of mine?!!!". I want Arc to feel like a huge threat to Shiki and Ciel throughout the route, while also making Shiki a bit emotionally unstable for "betraying" her. Then they can have a really good final fight where they team up to bring down Arc. Roa's pitiful death should remain the same.
