Hey guys I need some help with setting up the chat/moon gates.

Do I change server.txt, run elochat.exe, then elonaplus.exe? Also how do I actually use the chat in-game? I've gotten the "You need an internet connection" error once messing around.

Pic related is what happens without As Admin and generally everything else.
