Hey, I was the first one to put that into words.

And it's not a "disguise".

The way it works is that her time-stopping power amplifies and evolves to time reversal, where she goes to the past to found lunarian society under the name Yagokoro Eirin. She later instills her time-manipulation in a young princess where it further mutates into the time-dominating power of Ephemeral and Eternal.

So I've been messing around in my Touhou music folder with Media Player Classic.

Has anyone noticed that Sonic Highspeed Omega sounds very much like an orchestra when slowed down? Especially Lunatic Princess ~ Legend of the Moon.

Eirin is her guardian who's been waiting on her hand and foot for eons.

If she loses to the first two non-Mokou punks who break in, she's not being a very good guardian.

It was just Kaguya admonishing her for her (perceived) failure. (As Eirin is in fact considerably more powerful than the show of force she showed because she probably knew Kaguya was watching.)

Powerlevels, powerlevels.
Kaguya-hime is unkillable. She has the potential for infinite power. Remilia can never get stronger than the good Lord Tepes. Sakuya's power of timestop is both duplicated and excelled by Kaguya's power of Eternity Manipulation. She can freeze time for an unlimited duration by drawing an instant out to an eternal moment.
Eirin can produce charms the size of a moon. And it's apparently not her strongest. She's also among the most ancient Touhous, as she was one of the FOUNDERS of the Lunarians some 5000 years ago. Sakuya's skill with knives is matched with her archery.
Reisen is not useless at all. Her casual danmaku/"gunplay" is some of the most complex and fast (though her spell cards rely on cheap gimmicks). Her Electromagnetic Manipulation can drive people insane and distract them while she kills their faces off.
Tewi doesn't have massive personal power, but she's ancient and deceptive. She also has the command of legions of Earth Rabbits, so that's like controlling a faerie hoard.

Patchouli is a powerful mage but has anemia and asthma problems.
China sucks in everything but physical prowess which is wholesomely useless in Gensokyo.

Flandre is powerful but insane and uncontrollable.
