Even though Shuka's age was accidentally revealed by Furi, she had a seijinshiki photoshoot shortly after so her age would have come out either way. That ceremony is only for people who turn 20.
Also, Arisha accidentally said Furi's age on Uraraji. Furi actually didn't want to keep it a secret, but was unsure how to go about revealing it. When she next appeared on Uraraji she thanked Arisha for doing it for her.
Nako talked about being the same age as Nagi in an interview that is no longer hosted on the website anymore, so you'll have to find screenshots or an archive somehow. I only have a screenshot of one part about her age, not the whole interview.
I think Mayuchi and Chiemi are the only ones who were genuinely trying to keep it a secret, but to my knowledge only Chiemi is still unknown.
