According to the lastest post in animesuki they have translated 50% of the Requiem of the Golden witch
Witch-hunt said that they may release another partial patch before the full patch.....

its incredible they work faster with episodes 3 5 and 7
than with 2 4 and 6..........

Okay, /jp/, sorry for being an incompetent bu can someone give me a link to vn translation tools manual? I've just finished Umineko 06 and of course interested in Episode 07 and I suppose I don't have any patience to wait for WH translation.
At least I'll read it with translator first.
Actually I need not a manual but an answer from someone who've already read Ep07 this way:

I am gussing that the blue man is Van Dine, aka Wright.
The one winged eagle on the blonde's legs should rule away certain possibilities, but I guess someone could wear it anyway for some reason.
