I'm not a programmer or artist.

At best I'm an "idea person"

That means I have tons of neat ideas but no money to hire anyone and no programmer friends with no creativity willing to go into a "partnership" with me in which I make business decisions and advertise and come up with game ideas while they program the app/game

Or well, I kind of have that, but he's no more motivated than me and gets nothing done
