You are making the assumption that there is always a sexual - and a violently sexual - connection when someone prefers a muscular Yuugi. If we are talking physical appreciation only, you are not taking into account the attraction of exoticism, simply that she has a body shape that is very hard if not impossible for most women to achieve, even with the intention and effort. Also on the same theme of exoticism is the fact that while humanoid, Yuugi is not a human being and neither presented as such, putting the exotic constitution of a muscular Yuugi in a different context. That Yuugi has been "trivialized" as a "steroid using freak" only applies under the assumption that the person in question also intends to seek out a human being with similar physical attributes, not as an interest in an inhuman fictional character with inhuman attributes natural to her species.
You also keep stating that a muscular Yuugi would be the "dominant sexual figure" and the "man" in the relationship, again falling back on the idea of a sexual interest. Even then, if we assume the idea is correct, you are not taking into account other variables - a person who has a sexual interest in a muscular Yuugi may picture the relationship as a physical equal, the person may be a woman, they may picture her as a "gentle giant", or they may picture a sexual attraction without actual contact, only admiration from a distance.

And again, not defending strawberries against chocolate. Just saying there is not a universal answer to why some people like strawberries and others don't.
