A friend of mine also recommended me Akibaoo, the one at the back streets of Akihabarq, near the KFC under the bridge and Maiddreamin.
He didn't mention Fumos, but that store had a lot of touhou merch in general.
I remember walking past there and it seemed like a normal electronics store so I didn't bother checking the other floors.
