You can only speculate. Risa and Mirin are the oldest but Mirin doesn't actually look old. Risa is too good of a singer to be let got, there is no replacement. She is also going to the gym and tweets all the healthy shit she eats. I think she is trying to preserve her youth which indicates she isn't leaving yet.
Eimi is pretty good singer as well, certainly second best of the group. She is younger than mirin and risa but she looks older especially if she does the eyesmile which she does constantly.
It could be that nobody leaves for a year despite them all being old hags, maybe it's possible to stretch your idol career to mid 30's with modern medicine and image filters.
