Oh wait that freeze icon is sometimes used for applying it to yourself as opposed to the enemy.
So maybe all those autobreaks are just self offensive buffs.
I actually don't know if that's better or worse since now her breaks look much worse off, lacking any autobreaks that most good UFes come packaged with. And she's a debuff type, it feels like that should be her whole shtick.
Maybe her cooldowns are godlike, who knows.
