I mean, eggs by themselves don't really have that strong of a taste. Unless of course, it's an egg pretty high in the vitamin Omega-3, which would give it a sort of "fishy" taste ( As in dry fish, not the moist gusset you usually get in a sushi bar ). So, taking this into account it'd also depend on how the Harpy prepared it.

If she used milk chocolate on a soft boiled egg like that you'd have the smooth, creaminess of the cream used offsetting the natural bitterness of cocoa as well the ooey-gooey center of the egg that would taste a bit like hollandaise sauce without the lemon or other garnishes to it. Or mayonnaise without the vinegar if you'd prefer to think of it that way. If she hard-boiled it, you'd still have the gummy white but the yolk would be considerably less runny and more dense, almost like a mediocre tasting, shitty ball. In this case, she'd be better off using a darker chocolate so the bitterness can suppress how god-awful chewing a hard egg yolk is.

TL;DR: Like a better tasting Cadburry egg, which isn't a hard thing to do, honestly.
