Hey DJT can you give me some advice?

Let me explain my situation real quick.
I'm learning Japanese for 1 year now, but I think I couldn't spend as much time as the average anon here to read, so let's imply I'm only learning for 9 months or something.

I need to become as good as possible in another year, the problem is I need to increase my skills all around, reading and listening comprehension are the most important closely followed by speaking.

Any advice on how to achieve that?

I thought about something like this

1.anki reps everyday
2.reading everyday
3.kanji study (kodansha) every two days alternating with 4.
4.listening practice
For grammar I look it up as I read when I don't know something.

1.How do I get better at listening? Reading and listening to VN audio might help and I also heard people watch anime with jap subs and use subs2srs or something, how does that work?
2.How do I get better at speaking? I have trouble forming a Japanese sentence in general so yeah.
