I never tried Breeders of the Nephylm because the graphics filtered me, but if I was going to recommend a game just for the sex it would be Desire Dungeon. It's a battle fuck and the dungeon is literally a straight line that you go down. A neat thing about it is that the different monsters you fight are individuals and you'll steadily build a relationship with them the more you encounter them. It's still pretty basic and there's no harem ending so you'll end up with only one monster at the end if that's a problem but it's a cute game.

I'd also usually recommend Lulu Farea and its sequel, but those games do make you work for the porn. The gameplay is fun though, it's a resource management puzzle game where you have to carefully use a finite number of keys, potions, and even inn trips to clear a dungeon. The RPG battles aren't really actual battles and more just another part of the puzzle. Also the story is fun.
