Would I become fluent in the language if I started reading 2chan from 3 to 6 hours a day everyday for the next 2 to 6 months?

I already know around 4k words, over 1500 kanji and all the grammar in tae kim + some tobira.

I learned English by reading 4chan, I used to spend 3 to 6 hours a day reading posts and looking up new words. After some months I was able to understand pretty much everything, my reading comprehension went from 30-40% to 95%.
