As you probably noticed, they are created using sprites and sound samples from the original Cookie works, just like the MADs on Niconico that get millions of views.

I suppose they "fit in" in the same way as all the other Cookie parodies do, except that these are not MADs. Someone felt like creating them, so they did, nothing more to it. Just like any other meme. /f/ probably keeps posting them because all the rape and scat has shock value.
