I'm sorry it took so long. I promised to upload my Rui blu-rays, and here they are:

The video files are split up like my Saki uploads to make them easier to download. They can easily be joined back together again using free software. LCBD-00844 and ENBD-5034 included bonus scenes that were exclusive to the blu-ray versions. I uploaded those as well. I'll probably also rip and upload Rui's new blu-ray release coming later this month.
