The MGE's lamia-family Bunyip is just as furry as the original, but the monster's fur is often said to be black... but in the interest of the fluffy lamia concept, I went with white fur for a softer and cuter look. Instead, the black color is represented in her skin!
Though it's close to a brown tone, a darker tone is more appropriate for a "monster". Additionally, I gave her inverted-color eyes to express her ferocity. I was kind of fretting over whether I got her skin tone right, but compared to the more usual brown shades of other monsters, this tone really let those eyes stand out and shine. Said eyes shine ominously like the original's, and they are framed by white eyelashes to make them that much more striking.
Contrary to their monstrous appearance, her eyebrows are ハ-shaped, and her expression reflects her inner self that lacks confidence.

Her hairstyle's color and volume had to match with the fur of her body. Though there wasn't anything like that on the original, I just decided to conflate "Bunyip" and "Bunny" and stick some big, super-fluffy rabbit-like animal ears on her head.
She has beast-like hands, and her serpentine lower body is furry as well. The tip of her snake tail makes it look like there's a tail growing from above her butt at first glance. I went with a reddish-purple color close to black for the belly scales considering the color of her hair and skin.

By covering her neck and waist area with large amounts of fur, and especially completely covering her arms, it makes the bare skin in the center stand out quite a bit. There's also some fur growing right under her boobs, giving the impression of squeezing them, sort of.
As they're "monsters" they're basically naked, wearing only a bird mask on their chests. The reddish bits on each side of the mask aren't part of their fur, by the way, but bird feathers attached to the mask, but I went with a similar color scheme to make them mix together well with the fur.
These masks are a long-running tradition of the Bunyips, and they believe that the masks will grant them courage when coming in contact with men.
Thusly, when they do encounter one, they will often cover their face with the mask when attacking him, which is where the idea of them having birds' heads originates from.
They're supposed to have pretty, almost childlike voices akin to that of a frail, slender girl, if they're wearing their mask, even a timid "Uuu..." will reverberate and perhaps turn into something akin to their mythological counterpart's ominous roar.

By the way, as you can see, their breasts are freely exposed, but the nipples are miraculously hidden by the hair of the decorations attached to the mask. How mysterious!

When they put on the mask, the furry part will obviously rise up, but in that case it seems the decorative part right underneath will still cover them up. What a coincidence!
