She is just hugely popular in overall maybe not as high as currently Alice or Reimu or Marisia etc. but she's always kinda had this special place in the fans hearts rather that be pure love or rage.

Me personally i'm fine with her 2:00AM is sometimes funny but gets annoying in the same vein as >>>/v/'s 4AM

Design wise I think her "wings" are stupid but her dress is pretty appealing not fond of blondes either but she pulls if off decently without being to cliche with it in the western or eastern sense.

Canon wise she seems alight I guess, nothing too special.

Video games wise hard a fuck

I am the 1% I don't really hate her but don't find her a special as the rest of the cast she just seems like an extra Remilia in the Way Ken just seems like an extra Ryu uneeded but a welcomed addition
