Patchouli for sure. She's a freeloader in her wealthy friend's mansion where all she does is read books and handle the occasional magical mishap. No real responsibilities or obligations. She's living the dream.

I put her a step above Kaguya in comfiness just because she doesn't have any of the responsibilities associated with being the head of a household even if Kaguya probably delegates most of it to Eirin. She also gets into fights with the local hobo every now and then which is not comfy at all.
