I'll be honest... I don't watch/know/like that many non-Madonna exclusives. My joke answer would be the entire current Madonna roster + Saki Okuda but if I was really going for maximum mainstream industry disruption while still having a cohesive studio "theme"/focus, i would go with:

>Kana Yume
>Nozomi Ishihara
>Mio Ishikawa
>Saika Kawakita
All just really solid and enthusiastic performers except Saika but she's not bad as far as S1 exclusives go. I'd love to include hags but they don't seem thematically coherent with the others. If I could include a few freelancers then Akarin would be a no-brainer
Also, i would poach Tomoko as a producer; she would be absolutely KEY to operations and the continued development of the roster
