I, the op of the screencap, also never heard of it until I happened to stumble upon it recently. I don't have any real thoughts yet cause I just barely started but I do find it fascinating that the game has quicktime events for some choices that don't actually change the story. Apparently they just give you minor dialogue differences and will make MC look like a moron if you say nothing. Haven't seen that in a VN before personally.
