Scry is evergreen. That's fine. Her second ability is nerfed Precognition. Fateseal without the tuck is still pretty damn Blue and very much not White. Also 3/3 for 1WW is a damn good rate. I'd dump her to a bear.

Gura can have skulk and is pretty okay.

That Mori is fucking busted. Any creature means she steals all of your opponent's creatures too and it even works on tokens.
You're looking for a Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet kinda deal if you want a 4 mana legendary with that sort of effect

Kira is just bad design everywhere. She's a Phoenix! Phoenixes in MtG have abilities that let them come back to life! The food ability is stupidly strong. Go wide decks can pump her to 3 times on T4 when she swings in. 7/5 first-strike-trample at the minimum is way too strong.

Ina'nis is another color pie break. WB doesn't produce mana by tapping creatures. That's a Green ability (Llanowar Elves). Rest of the card is fine.

Also this is ignoring the entire dumpsterfire of pushed cards and bullshit that is every set from WAR and on wards. God fuck this game 15 years of fun and the last two have killed any hope I've had for it.
