Coco practically have half of their talents backing her side just from what we have heard from public tweets or streams.
If the cause of graduation was really from management, it wont take much for the holos who've said they had tried their best to convince coco out of graduation to throw their weight for management to fix their shit. What can management even really do these holos? they can't fire them since apparently that the entire reason the internal harrasment narrative is even a thing.
The fact we are now in this situation blows that narratives out of the water and confirms that whatever causes or motivated coco to graduate is well beyond their abilities.

The real reason is probably that of creative differences where Cover need to filter their content so that their foreign talents (EN/ID) doesnt get cancelled by twitter trannies or get stoned by local religious mobs while Coco wants to do more variety stuff thats borderline on the acceptable scale.
Another possibility is pic related, its farfetched but might be worth to look into considering the timing of her graduation and the fact that a VTuber manager that can do business in EN/JP and are not also utterly retarded are apparently not easy to come by.
