My recommendation to everyone that "is starting" with the game is to finish the story mode. It shows you how to do properly drive vehicles, how to do some tricks and also you get to know the whole world of San Andreas. Think of it as an academy.

I honestly think this is a terrible decision to make before the first licensed translations come out, who knows how bad they will be and how much misinformation due to a cheap translation they will spread. Remember in their Amazon page they wrote Moe was the writer while ZUN was the author even, they clearly have no idea what Touhou is and won't care about accuracy.
Seems like we're going back to the dark times where Mokou says jelly donuts. Hopefully I'm wrong.

This is kind of a bummer after seeing how nobody gives a crap about SCoOW 3.
