Yeah same guy, calories in the Urumi post though were not very representative of the actual increase in fat content in breastmilk, but I simplified it out of laziness, the Letty calculation is more accurate, however.
Anyways, sorry about the 24-7 confusion. By 24-7 I meant it would require breastfeeding a person somewhere between 24-27 times a day to secrete 3 litres of milk (at least that's what the triplet study experienced), some footnotes when citing numbers write the last digits that are changed (in this case instead of writing 104-109 some would write 104-9, and 104-115 as 104-15) so it became a habit of mine.

Should've clarified, 3 litres of breastmilk would have roughly 2500kcal worth of energy, enough for an adult male but if we're talking fairies they might have a lower daily caloric need. Assuming a fairy needs something like 800 calories a day to survive, Letty could feed three fairies a day indeed.
