I think all of 4chan is just a huge pool of self-same toxic liquid. Anything thought of in one corner of the site will sooner or later get mixed in with what's on other corners of the same site. There's no need for an Eva-style Instrumentality project if Google has already implemented it by rounding people up into similar spaces and echo chambers in accordance to determined categories.
