Tamaki is cute, Anzu playing the shy girl is boring, she's is pushed as their companies mascot but she is as interesting as a blade of grass. They most do nothing but streams which are way too long compared to other VY, they get no subtitles what so every so no international appeal.

They are as poorly managed as Yua if not worse

How do we fix Antama and make them more popular, without getting rid of any of these cuties?

I think the problem lies in their character design, they look too generic and don't stand out at all. I guess it makes sense they don't want to do anything too outlandish, but they look too bland and boring right now

It's not. It's just that Japanese is rather easy to understand and make out to a westerner than chinese and korean.

And since you're not used to it, it sounds weird and alien as you have no idea how to interpret the sounds and tones you're hearing into a "western" alphabet. Compare Japanese romanization and how easy it is to understand to a westerner, barring some special combinations most of it is accurate and you can reliably speak it, to Chinese where a lot of the nasal/guttural tones doesn't even make sense to a westerner the first time.
