It's just my take. I see it alllll the time, especially in the west. People drawing bondage and/or sexual torture, then saying in the commentary that she actually loves it. Nothing in the picture implies that at all, besides maybe some hearts, but don't worry guys I'm not one of those weirdos that likes bad things happening to cartoon women. Could be wrong, as always, but eh.

Guess you could spin her around. Have her facing away, free to make make whatever face she wants, then suddenly turn her around and hug from the front. Lots of fun to be had there.
