But, did she not mean you? You're significantly bigger as a fan than I ever could be: you met her and talked with her, while I could never even visit in Japan for practical reasons. This may be good for everybody, as I always violate social norms even of my home country repeatedly without any awareness until somebody later tells me. I have such vast shame already gathered in my own country, to gather more in Japan would be even worse. Perhaps I do have some autism after all as I realise autists have difficulty understanding social norms, though if so it has never been diagnosed and must be a small amount anyway.
