it's a good example of a mix between fantasy and reality. It's not too mundane to be a regular fight between normal people. It's a fight between enhanced warriors that also appeals to the chunni audience which is where the NPs come in and the flash to capture the imagination of the audience reading it. Add that with the edits, cuts, pacing, dialogue, writing, CGs, art, music, VA work, and everything and you get a great scene in a huge work. No one gives these things credit and they just become lazy and shit on things. It's easier t appreciate this stuff as you get older. It's hard fucking work these VNs.
