Now these seems fine, not pointing to where they are aside, until you actually open one and it's all in Japanese. Yes you don't have to do anything besides press okay, BUT why doesn't it say so? Is it okay to close the program when both bars are full? Do I need to press the button in the middle? These questions should not exist.

Here's some good shit, the translation patched isn't titled "translation patch!" Why not? Fuck, you don't even need to do that and can name it whatever the hell you want if you just did what you so kindly suggested and actually named what the fucking file was. Why not!?

Now here's where the shit gets good. "Install Shard of Dreams," stated just like steps 1 and 4, which were just some applications to run. Click, done, just an exe. And yet, in THIS case, it's an ISO.
Why!? Why is it different!? And since it IS different, why is the step listed like it isn't!? This, THIS right here, is what makes these instructions bad. Correct me if I'm wrong (I'm not) but most people don't know what the fuck to do with an ISO. I sure didn't when I first encountered them! So WHY doesn't it even TRY to explain what to do there!?
And you know what's on the ISO? An exe. Another setup application. Previous pic FUCKING related.
>6) Update the game with the 2 update files. (enbu_ap1000_1102 -> enbu_ap1102_1103)
See previous, except there's several more moonrune windows popping up. If you're supposed to anything else with these besides hit yes then fuck if I know. It's great that you guys know Japanese, that takes a lot of work and good on you, but as someone downloading a translation patch, I in fact cannot read Japanese, and am left to wonder how you DIDN'T CONSIDER THAT AT ALL.

Hmmm, now there's two game files. Is Shard of Dreams a separate application? Why? It's an expansion? So many questions left arbitrarily unanswered! And it doesn't seem to run either. Maybe I should ask "the thread."

These step is actually almost fine. Could mention where the dat folder is, but otherwise it's good shit. Says what to do and with what to do so by directly naming them. Well done, for once. But alas...

Now look. When I'm following a set of instructions, and it says to go get the "Translation" folder, caps and everything, I go looking for a folder named "Translation." Because that's common fucking sense. And I might see a folder named "SoD_Translation_Team-Testing," but I am certainly not going to think that is the "Translation" folder, because it's named like some dev tool bullshit which, as a non-idiot, I'm not going to mess with. And yet...
This what I'm sperging about, this right here. There's no reason for this, at all. The bytes you are saving by having a few less characters in the word doc ain't worth the possibility of people coming to "the thread" with stupid complaints. It's not just that there shouldn't be the inconsistency and lack of name, it's that there should be the slightest possibility for confusion in the read. That's exactly what instructions are for.

If an idiot is having trouble following your instructions, then haha, hes dum, and they're still bad instructions. You shouldn't need any skills beyond reading basic English to follow 10 steps.
