If you put it this way, yes. Sexual attraction isn't purely or even in some cases primarily about gender. For example, if you put a fake tan orange-skinned sorority girl next to a pale, feminine-looking guy who could easily pass as a good trap, I'd take the man ten times out of ten. Yet I'm not "gay", really, at least not in the sense normal society thinks of it.

Or maybe I really am gay and my theory is wrong. Who knows.
