In fact I love watching Misa, Yuta and Jeremy, but I hate Anki so fucking much. I feel like a fucking parrot trying to copy human speech rather than actually learning something. I recognize the meaning of sentences by hearing the voice actor's speech rather than actually knowing what words mean and by now I can understand a few words kn every sentence I hear in anime, but it's more like "ooh, I've heard that somewhere but idk where. I am so angry at my lazy undosciplined ass. I am studying Jaoanese for 4 months now and I've seen videos of people actually speaking and reading and knowing all the kanji after just 1-2 months. I just can't force myself too look at that black screen on my phone and the voice actors' shitty voices... I wish I had better memory or something... I am so ashamed.
