What does /jp/ think of Tohno Akiha?

How far can a writer go with 'taboo' stuff.
For example, can he describe whole underage-sex scenes or some incestuous plot in his books because it's "just fantasy", or is that ruled out because of random laws (I'm talking about the underage-thing here, incest will probably be a lesser problem).
I assume some publishers won't want to publish your work because of it, but what if you'd be confident enough to publish and sell your own books?
