Any rougelike game would be fine in theory, which is why Ina's Hades stream was fine since there's nothing to miss. Multiplayer games are fine as well since each game is fresh anyway.
Long games slowly loose steam as it goes. Watch Ame's LA Noire stream next time do worse than the first no mater what since you'll have people who either never saw part 1, or bought the game to play blind and are ignoring Ame until then.

Obviously there's people who will value their Oshi more than the game, which is always good, but the point is in the longer the series goes on, the only people left watching are the dedicated watchers, and the closest you get to the "real" fanbase.
Either way I care nothing of numbers, and I personally love Sakuna and even FE, but I do understand the normal audience doesn't exactly have the attention span for stuff like this, and less so as time goes on.
