They've started to, and the more new WHOA-OH songs they come up with the more old fun classics will get bumped off. Especially now that Yui is gone for good they're gonna get rid of Catch Me If You Can given how the choregography involved moimoi playing hide and seek on stage, it was one of the most fun songs both on stage and as music alone.

It's not just the musivc either, it's their costumes and the lore shit and the way live shows are done and everything. The new album is going to be 70 minutes of epic WHOAs where Moa and Su can stand on top of a giant burning pentagram that's floating 90 feet above the stage during live shows.

Not him but the 2nd album tried way too hard to be "mature", you can hear it in their sound and also the shift in babymetal's media appearances (or lack thereof) and their costumes and everything else.

they're an idol group called babymetal, there's no use in trying to be mature they just end up looking like a Skyrim DLC final boss or a Star Wars backgrounds character.
