First when someone says Otaku in Japan he's referring to a Japanese Otaku, in the western we use it to label both the Japanese and the western people, time ago it used to mean the same here than there, a Japanese person with the hobbies we share here, but the term has been bastardized by wapanese people and Dragon Ball loving teenagers who needed a place to fit, it has gone from "Japanese nerd" to "Nerd who likes Japanese things/ A Japanese thing" and that's probably the meaning of it when the average 4chan user says that word.

My favorite Touhou character is Eirin Yagokoro and I hate kikes because of their shameless exploitation of the Holohoax, which they blew out of proportion thanks to the falsified reports that they forged in many of the post-war kangaroo courts. It has been over 60 years ago, yet you're still using it as an excuse to get a free pass on EVERYTHING: the insane manipulation of media, the lobbying, the atrocities you're committing against the Palestinians in the lands you STOLE thanks to your Jew friends in the United Kingdom.

Once I didn't eat for almost a week due to depression and meds and when I tried to eat and disgest it was painful and had to call an ambulance, I had an ulcer, go out and get food anyhow before something serious happens, if you insist into not eating at least drink some sodium bicarbonate disolved in water, that will kill your appetite and help you avoid the ulcer
