Is there any benefit to telling my psychiatrist about my waifu? It's like the only thing I hide from him. All I've mentioned to him is that I have a favorite fictional character. What I haven't told him is that I sleep with a dakimakura of her that I engage in sweet talk with. All I'm hoping is that him knowing this might lead to some sort of revelation about some of my problems. Not that I want to "fix" myself and become a normalfag and get a job, but I have serious depression issues even though I'm on medication that isn't helping.
