Are you sure? All I'm finding is their patent for Navi Customizer and, bizarrely, Star Force 3's abysmal card system, including cards overlapping. No patent for 6x3 grid, or to the battle chip system, neither in its Battle Network form nor how it worked in any of the side games, like BCC or 4.5.
