Sculpt and materials. The overall build isn't as sturdy and the materials aren't as refined. Cheaper dolls have a reputation for chemical smells and seep out oil. Better dolls have no smell or smell pleasant. Then their TPE is more stable and doesn't bleed everywhere you set it. Some sculptors are better than others. But that is entirely up to you not some other guy. Chemistry is far more important but harder to get info on. If I find an owner I'll ask if there's a chemical smell. If it's strong (arguably just present, even) then I'll avoid the brand entirely.
