Ok, update on my encoding progress. After installing FFMPEG and adding the path, I ran this command on cmd: "ffmpeg -i akb.mp4 -vf "ass=akb.ass" out.mp4" and waited.

However during the encoding process, I noticed a whole bunch of errors (photo attached) that said "Error while decoding stream #0: 0: Invalid data found when processing input".

After 20-30 minutes of encoding, I tried to played the new video and notice no subs appearing. Also, the video was more "corrupted" than the original as I witness weird video glitches.

Can anyone tell this newfag what he is doing wrong?
