Gave it a bit more thought, and came up with this. I removed the back of Gaap's dress, making it even more like a naked apron. I also added a rear slit with strings crisscrossing over it, matching the part between her breasts. I also decided to get rid of her sleeves since they had nothing to attach to, replacing them with striped glove-like covers to match her socks. From the front this design would look pretty similar to her original outfit, except with different arms as well as breast cutouts on both sides instead of just one.
