Ten Desires is easy once you've already got a handle on shmups, if you've never really played them before then it's about as hard as any of the other tohos sans SA and UFO.

The easiest way to beat it is to memorize a trance route, try not to die before major trance locations, and have enough bombs to not have to dodge anything Miko throws at you.
